Project Brief
Review the logo, references, target style, quantity, market and project requirements.
Capabilities · OEM & ODM
Turn concepts, references and tech packs into production-ready custom headwear through a connected development and manufacturing process.

Connected project development
An OEM project may begin with an existing design or tech pack. An ODM project may begin with a reference, intended use or product direction. In either case, structure, material, branding, fit and packing decisions need to be reviewed together before the sample becomes the production reference.
Eight project stages
The exact sequence and scope depend on the brief. These stages show the decisions to align as the project develops.
Review the logo, references, target style, quantity, market and project requirements.
Discuss suitable structure, materials, closures and decoration directions.
Prepare pricing from the confirmed specifications and estimated quantity.
Develop a physical sample for fit, shape, materials, colors and branding.
Adjust approved details before bulk production where required.
Produce according to the approved sample and confirmed specifications.
Inspect production and finished goods against the approved requirements.
Prepare packing and shipment according to the confirmed order requirements.
